Frequently asked questions.

What is Baby Yoga?

Baby Yoga is based on adult Hatha Yoga and is adapted for our little ones. It combines gentle movement, stretches and relaxation; supporting your baby’s physical development, helping with digestion and sleep, and strengthening your bond through mindful interaction.

What age is baby yoga suitable for?

Classes are suitable for babies from around 6 weeks (after your postnatal check) up to pre-crawling. Once your little one is on the move, it becomes a bit trickier to engage them in the classes - but you’re always welcome to check with us if you’re unsure!

What do I need to bring?

Just your usual baby essentials - nappies, wipes, milk, etc. You don’t need to bring a yoga mat; we provide everything you’ll need for the session, including mats, props, and toys for playtime.

Both you and baby may like to wear something comfortable & stretchy.

What if my baby cries or needs feeding during class?

That’s absolutely okay! Babies cry, feed, and nap - it’s all part of the experience. You can stop at any time to feed, cuddle or settle your little one. Our classes are completely baby-led and relaxed.
